Starting out at 191lbs with 27% bodyfat. Almost too embarassed to say that.  1 Month after 1st pics. 186lbs with still too much body fat. Still a long way to go.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Overall have a better appearance with or without my clothes on. Too look like I am in shape. To lose the body fat and change it to muscle.
Goal (Long): Since my athletic career ended and then some injuries had set in I know my body was getting lower on my list of things to take care of. Now its time to take it seriously and get back in shape so I can look good. Have an washboard stomach that isn't covered by a load of laundry. My goal is to look heathy, feel healthy. Lose the body fat around my mid section. Get in shape so when I do some sports I'm not reaching for an oxygen tank as soon as possible. I want to be able to use the muscle that I gain and not appear to be some oversized musclebound freak. My goal is to stay on track and see this through instead of starting something I don't finsh.... again!!!
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%

Well, it happened. I went a longer period of time without working out. Not that I made reasons for not doing it. I just rationalized and justified  my actions with other stuff. I can't say I was lazy, I just made time for other stuff instead. Its that time of year I told myself. I had yard work...

As a fellow Canadian I just wanted to drop by and wish you success in your body transformation quest. Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I used the Body for Life 12-week program. My wife went from size 12/14 to 4/6 & I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% bodyfat to 10%. Believe in your own inner strength and challenge yourself to be the best that you can be. I will look forward to seeing your progress.
