Overall have a better appearance with or without my clothes on. Too look like I am in shape. To lose the body fat and change it to muscle.
Goal (Long):
Since my athletic career ended and then some injuries had set in I know my body was getting lower on my list of things to take care of. Now its time to take it seriously and get back in shape so I can look good. Have an washboard stomach that isn't covered by a load of laundry.
My goal is to look heathy, feel healthy. Lose the body fat around my mid section. Get in shape so when I do some sports I'm not reaching for an oxygen tank as soon as possible. I want to be able to use the muscle that I gain and not appear to be some oversized musclebound freak.
My goal is to stay on track and see this through instead of starting something I don't finsh.... again!!!
Well, it happened. I went a longer period of time without working out. Not that I made reasons for not doing it. I just rationalized and justified my actions with other stuff. I can't say I was lazy, I just made time for other stuff instead. Its that time of year I told myself. I had yard work...
Thanks Appreciate that, I really enjoy hearing that I inspire people. Makes me feel good and its cool to know that I'm helping others make changes in their lives for the better...work hard be patient and the results will come
As a fellow Canadian I just wanted to drop by and wish you success in your body transformation quest. Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I used the Body for Life 12-week program. My wife went from size 12/14 to 4/6 & I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% bodyfat to 10%. Believe in your own inner strength and challenge yourself to be the best that you can be. I will look forward to seeing your progress.
