Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
groin pull, bone spur in shoulder, knee scope. All basically from overuse.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Too much weight too often.
Do you sometimes use joint health supplements?
