Fit Status:
10 months ago I was hit on my motorcycle. Lost everything. Starting my fitness over.
I started because I felt bad about how I looked and wanted to make a change. At first it was just to lose a little weight, but i became addicted to it and loved the feeling and the way my body started to change.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of sore muscle, knowing they are working. After a day of legs, I can feel each muscle working as I walk. Its so cool to know what your body is doing when I am doing my daily activities. I also love the way people notice the effort I put in each day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is not that hard. When I see the result of my passion, I want to keep going.
