How I Started:
I started getting into lifting back during my senior year in high school but i unfortunately broke my arm polevaulting (which required surgery)setting me back and i lost the motivation to continue. After two 1/2 years i decided it was time to get serious about my lifting and make a change for the better.
Why I Love It:
Its a great way to relieve stress and leave all my troubles at the door. Exercising helps me focus and clears my mind. Its truly a great feeling to have knowing your putting in that 110% every workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Progression is my main motivater. If I feel like Im started to slack off I think back to where I was and how hard I have to push myself to reach my goals.
