Hey Lenny, How is the gym going for ya? I usually work out in the mornings now. Tues and Thurs the only day i can get there after 4. I keep dropping some weight but maintaining the lean muscle. really trying to get the abs to pop for the summer.

Haha pretty funny pic. sorry to hear about your kid, hopefully hes doing a lot better. just got back from my vacation. time to hit the gym hard. hows are you doing in there? nice progress pic.

Give me an example of your typical diet throughout the day and the times. Be truthful ;) List any snacks, candy, soda etc you may have as well.

Thanks for the comment! I actually do about 15-25 mins of cardio everyday after weightraining. Looking good bro keep the intensity up and you will hit your goals.
