I was always the small and short kid in school. I decided that I won't be able to change my height, but maybe I would be able to change the way I look and the way I handle the weights. After joining the military (2001) I started to hit the gym reguarly, but never really serious. I did that off and on until September 2008. My wife's sister passed at the age of 28 of a bad heart. It changed my life forever and over the last four months I have eaten clean and never have been so consistent in the gym in my life. Sometimes things in life happen for a reason.
Why I Love It:
Transformation of my body
Living healthy
Feeling good
Reduces stress
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the changes in my body. When people come up to me and ask what I do and how I do it. Giving advice so that they can feel better and stay healthy themselves.
Hey there. I'm finally back in the gym after all these weeks. I was there today. And I'm back on my normal schedual finally. Got lucky and didn't gain any weight but my pump is totally gone. Soon enough though.
Hey Chris; you are in amazing shape. I cant see anywhere that you need improvement.
Let me tell you thanks for your service to our country. You, and others like you are our real life heroes. You're lucky to have a friend like Lenny. He's my hero too, in more ways than one.

Hey I saw you stopped by. Thought I should say hello and let you know I'm still around just working like crazy right now. Cant wait till this inspection is over.
Hey Chris. Been pretty good lately. My strength has gone through the roof and I'm leaning out pretty good. Had to drop cardio this week but I'll be back at that on monday. See you when I see you.
