Workout Program:
Started a new workout routine on the 1st of March:

Day 01: Chest & Shoulder
Day 02: Leg & Arm (biceps & triceps)
Day 03: Back
Day 04: Arm (biceps, triceps & forearms)
Day 05: Rest... not really. I do 2 cardio workouts (morn' &
evening)

I am on a cutting phase so I will be doing weight-training in the morning (6:30) and an hour cardio + abs in the afternoon (18:00).

On my rest days I'll do 1 hour cardio in the morning and another hour cardio + abs in the afternoon.

The only day I do not do cardio is when I do my LEG workout.
