I started bodybuilding in college...
Now I'm a ski istructor at ski beech in NC.
Snow skiing is building up my legs and helping people off the ground is helping my arms...
How am I going to do it? For me it's less beer, then biking, roller blading, etc... for 1-2 hours per day... For arms, I bought some cool 25 lbs dumbbells... so I can take them with me when I travel...
Bad thing to overcome... hmmmm beer...

Started hiking again yesterday, did ~ 3 miles, 500 ft of gain, burned ~750 cal, it was great to be outside in nature! I use to do small adventure racing, during traing, I would hike 25+ miles at a time, through the night... goal was ~6000 ft of gain for a weekend... legs were very strong......
