You can do it! I was 180 lbs at age 35 and I lost 50 lbs in 6 months and changed my life. 11 years later I am in better shape than I have ever been and can keep up with my 3 year old granddaughter. Don't give up, the fight is worth it. Do it for you, your son will be the bonus.
