When I Started: Jan, 2008
How I Started: I have always wanted to be bigger. I am naturally skinny, and i justed wanted to gain muscle mass and bulk out. I also wanted to be bigger for sports like hockey.
Why I Love It: I love working out because i am amazed at how i can get my body to look. Just being in the gym and listen to great music while working out gives me sort of a rush, i let everything go, and get stronger!
How I Stay Motivated: I listen to pretty sweet music when working out. im always looking at pictures/videos of people who look good. That makes me go: "i want to be like that." I also love looking at the body transformations.knowing that someone else did it. I also just want to look good.
BB Accomplishments: reaching a 1 rep max barbell curl of 100 pounds.
