How I Started: I was fat from drinking and partying too much. I moved to Idaho and had nothing better to do than go to the gym constantly. I became addicted!
Why I Love It: Obviously I love what it does for my body, but I also love the way it makes me feel. I get the endorphin rush each time I workout!
How I Stay Motivated: Seeing results. I set goals or think about being in shape for a cruise, or my reunion, or some type of upcoming event.
