How I Started:
I was fat from drinking and partying too much. I moved to Idaho and had nothing better to do than go to the gym constantly. I became addicted! Now it is time to get this baby weight off!
Why I Love It:
Obviously I love what it does for my body, but I also love the way it makes me feel. I get the endorphin rush each time I workout!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results. I set goals or think about being in shape for a cruise, or my reunion, or some type of upcoming event.

Hmmm...so many celebrity bodies are that no muscle skinny and I don't really care for that body type. If I had to choose one it would probably be Jessica Biel.

Not sure on this one. So many people in this catagory are too much. I will have to think on this one!

Thank you. Funny thing is that my quadriceps probably need the most work of any group...tore my ACL a few years back and never fully recovered from the atrophy. I plan to put some more pics up in a week or so...on the once a month plan!
Np! Progress is never as quick as we'd like....the trick is balancing patients with realizing your body isn't responding and you need to try something different! -CK
