yeah i felt my legs getting fatigued a little while back so i decided to give them an extra few days and i did get the itch to get back into gym quite bad, well your pretty close so keep it up your looking good

yeah i did it myself using the schools lighting studio, its a little dated now i really need to make a new one and schools out! Ye-ah hah, yours is pretty cute so hows the clean diet going?

hey bro my new stats r up, nothing to drastic down to round to about 5%bf gained almost a kg of muscle which is surprising as i actually relaxed my diet (i did make a pathetic attempt to add more protein in thou). think I'm going to eat carbs as i feel like from now on. yeah iv been thinking that changing to a power lifting program would be a way to spice up working out later on congrats on PR

hey you, sorry i haven't had access to the net the past few days, well i had my measurements taken yesterday day, it seems like iv lost bf and gain muscle, so im crossing my fingers on that. how have you been any way? o yeah I'm finished study for the year ye-ah

pretty good, have my measurements updated thursday. I'm just about finished study for the year and with be heading home so I'm going put some real work into my diet so i should make some big gains that have been impossible to make being on student money. hows your going?

iv all ways seen the staff at my gym and think how in the right place they were and the perk of working along side everyone but most of them don't seem to make the most of it so good luck with goals

haha yeah i have considered the spray on option and i know but I'm going to go to town on the diet when i get back home for the break, I'm going to work out how much i need to maintain the same ideal weight when i reach it so i can work on muscle sculpting and getting all areas equal, how about your program bro?

haha yeah its a pretty cool place and is pretty isolated but i am hoping to make it to and try my luck in the states within the next couple of years, i need to know what big really is

hey man yeah training is good beginning to see some definition between my lower abs and hip flexors which completely surprised me, i never expected it to happen haha, noticed your the most viewed male profile, well done! so hows your training going anyways?

yeah i was just comparing to what i can do, my tri's are one of my stronger muscle groups. thats quite a bit of weight.

well it hadn't really dawned on me till the trainer i see referred to me being quite petite, i never really wanted to big (one summer i did get pretty big thou) as i don't want to be seen as having SMS small mans syndrome haha, so i want to gain some mass in areas like thighs maybe a little in my lower back a little less every where else get a fraction leaner and have a more of a grecian ideal physique kinda like a greek depiction of a young man haha a whole lot of wank bullshit really

hah yeah id say we r pretty bored over here as well, i must admit i like risking it, knowing i cant truly estimate the repercussions but i guess i just like playing with fire and have missed the bullet so far

olive mum and pasty dad and i landed some where in the middle really white with potential to tan well, so I'm happy hah, yeah after a hard workout i get that same look, well looking a little flushed is cute for a girl.
