decided it would be pretty funny if i got as ripped as a underwear model and posed in the K-mart catalogue for all my friends to find, a pipe dream really and then there's straight vanity.
Why I Love It:
beginning to love the burn, discipline and being in control of my physical self, i also like being able to lather soap on my stomach.
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing others who are already there. seeing people looking average motivates me.
stats are looking good bro, are you using many compound exercises? your trying to build size, yeah? try squat, deadlift and bench as your basis and go from there :) hope that helps. Nik.
that always feels good to drop some bodyfat. I am still at 16% I'm a fatty for this site. lol
I've been good just trying to make it through the rest week. I hate resting. ( I'm still working out - just not weight training )

Excellent mate, let us know when your measurements are up. I can imagine its hard being a student with no money for supps. I spend almost all my full-time paycheck on my food and supps :D training is going really well, we are in the middle of a powerlifting type of training style at the moment. and seeing some great gains in strength. I broke my personal record & squated 140kgs today. - Nik.
Yeah new pics is a great idea, my program is doing well, since I cut back and simplified my workouts and upped my calories I am making good gains, problem I am having at the moment is I am so time poor, work is crazy, life is crazy, so its hard to keep my schedule, but I am fitting it in, just.
he was doin "skull crushers" with 135... just pumping them out. prolly did 15x supersetted w/ weighted dips like 5sets .
I didt really pick a field. i was just working out to c how big, masculine, and beautifully in shape i could get.. to win women over and shut men up at the same time. all while getting strong as hell. lol
ive decided that im going to get bigger than the pro i saw in the gym today..(within 6.7 yrs..hes 28)
for now i wana gain mass, maybe 15 lbs. then cut down to 6% b4 i go back home in feb.
just get a spray on tan dude. i do it b4 i go on vacations in the winter time. lol. youre not gona gain 5kg staying @ 6% man. ur gona have to gain some b4 u cut back down. stick with it and continue to kick ass
that will be a nice healthy build. for the dips...i was just stating that i can do dips with over 75 pounds attached to a dip belt. just adds another 75 pounds of resistance basically.
