Started playing hockey and realized I wasn't the biggest kid or the most talented so I would have to make up that ground somehow. So I picked up weights.
Why I Love It:
Who doesn't love sweating and pushing yourself to a limit?

I'm fat and I want a 6 pack.

Push yourself to be the best that you can be and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they occur. Cardio and diet get you cut and sometimes that takes the most effort of all. I wish you much success.
