How I Started:
Started working with a personal trainer for 2 weeks. I do it now to lose weight and gain muscle. I have alot of weight to lose now.
Why I Love It:
It energizes me, builds strength, and motivates me. I have noticed gains on bench press and other exercises getting easier. Especially when doing my abs.
How I Stay Motivated:
I took a picture of myself with my digital camera. It was so bad I have nightmares when I see it. That is why it is not posted on here. I am trying to get back into shape. I realize noone can do it for me but me!!!
BB Accomplishments:
205 is the most I have ever done on bench. My goal is to be close to 250 by summer.

The site say you have to have 2 different dates for your pics to be posted on your main page. I put the first on my 2nd pic. I actually took it at the same time as my other pic. My gut is still sticking out way too far. Hahahahahahahahahaha.
My gut is so relaxed it is hanging down. haahhahahahahahaha.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
about 15 seconds on average. Depends on the exercise. I try not to rest any longer than 15 seconds.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Depends on the weight. Usually 10. Sometimes 15. I have not really pushed myself to do heavier wiegths and less reps due to not having a workout partner.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
I dont want to be huge like a Jay Cutler or Ronnie Coleman. I want to be big enough to where people can tell I work out and take care of myslef and i want definition.
