When I Started:
How I Started:
Started out at age 14 watching my brother who was a powerlifter. I would spot him and watch him workout. I ended up doing long distance running in high school & college and didnt really Lift Weights that much.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing how big my muscles can get because I've been a long distance runner since I was 14 and stopped at the age of 22. For those 7-8 years since, I did nothing but drink and eat crap. Gained a 100 lbs and one day I decided to turn the fat into muscle. So I've been lifting ever since and now I have decided to lose some weight and do some running as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep a training log and see my progress everyday and it just makes me want to push it even more.
BB Accomplishments:
I recently benched 315 lbs for 5 reps and that's it so far. lol
