I'm short so I have to build muscle to make up for what God just didn't help me with which is size.Like the girl's say,"Size does matter."
Why I Love It:
I love to feel swollen after a good work out,and its a sense of accomplishment.
How I Stay Motivated:
Get rejected by girls its actually good motivator.
BB Accomplishments:
I did get up to 150 in body weight during the winter but have lost it during the summer.

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Creatine,because it builds energy,and I may drink a muscle builder shake while at the gym too.

Calipers are easy enough to purchase; I got mine through my degree course. But you can get them online if you know where to look.

There IS a tool that you can use to measure BF; there are SEVERAL, actually. Skinfold calipers are the most common, along with BMI scales (but these are so INaccurate it's not funny). You can also go the underwater weighing route, but that is costly and not easily accessable most often. Calipers are the way to go (6 or 8 site skinfold). And there SHOULD be someone at your gym qualified in this (or at least know HOW to); otherwise that is pretty poor.

I get it done using an 8-site skinfold test. The best anthropometrist in the world is one of the lecturers at my tertiary institution, which I'm lucky with...And aside from that, I can usually tell what %BF I am just by looking at certain aspects on myself. Why?
