Today was shouldertraining 4 excersises: 5 min warmup with leight dumbells 5 Sets seated Military Press 6-12 reps (on my heaviest set i go up to 285 pounds) 4+1 Sets Lateral raises 8-12 reps. After the fourth set i continue with a pumpset of leighter weight for 10 reps. 4+1 Sets Buttefly reverse 10-12 reps.
