Yeah I think you could hit 170. Just keep your weights heavy, keep your proteins/fats up and clean carbs. Keep hitting the legs.

I'm not sure I want to get that big, so I might retire from comp's, I'm going to try and cut down quite a bit in about 3 weeks. Just trying to stay in shape for now. You should definitely do novice too, its always worth a shot.

I would have won overall, but the winner was 31 and had about 10 years on me. I'm not sure about more contest because I graduate in December and I would compete in open next and I'm not big enough yet. How's your training going?

Good luck with that, I have trouble eating that much to put that much size on and its depressing to loose the abs while your bulking. What supp's you plan on using?

my next goal is to cut up and drop a little size for summer. I just started dieting about 80% but plan on being close to 100% by the first of June.
