Wanted to pick up a positive hobby. After a few months I started to see results and improvements and never turned back.
Why I Love It:
I love the confidence and discipline it takes. I also love the satisfaction of being 100% natural.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by constantly changing my look. After the show I will be going for a much more ripped look over the bodybuilder look.

i would prefer jogging. walking up at an incline gives you strength in the quads but since you want more cuts the jogging would do that w/out the added stress
