I had intentions of joining the NAVY and being a SEALs hopeful. I completed the 3 month pre-training program but never entered the military. However, I loved watching my body transform and become more efficient than ever. Been gettin it ever since.
Why I Love It:
Feel better about myself and living healthy is so rewarding.
How I Stay Motivated:
Believe it or not, this website is a great source of motivation. Comparing my progress to others of great success and seeing how much I can still achieve.

Zup, man. Going hard with definition uh, ha ha. I know you're gonna stop only under 6% lol. I'm onto some other kind of fight though. I was 20%... can you believe it? Now I'm 14% and it feels CRAP lol. I really hope to go down 10% like you. You're a hero, man! Hey, nice legs shot! Keep up, bro.
Thnaks for the great advice & tips, Casey. I greatly appreciate it. One quick question, if you don't mind; as far as carbs go, do you take any either before of after working out? Thanks, man, if I can get my abs looking anywhere near yours, I'd be happy.

Sounds like a heavy study load - calculus never made too much sense! I majored in accounting (zzzz!) and also marketing but washed up in Banking. I reckon 190lbs with 7% is hell achievable mate. I am looking to add another 11lbs as a minimum.
