My nutirtion plan consists of 5 meals a day.I'm taking whey protein and creatine monohydrate as supplementation.The emphasis is on high protein / low fat with a ratio of 3:2:1 for protein,carbs & fat respectively.

I've set myself certain goals that I have to achieve.These include increasing muscle mass,lowering body fat and building endurance.
My workout plan is a 4 day split routine.I do chest & triceps on Monday,biceps & back on Tuesday,Shoulders & Abs on Thursday & Legs & abs on Saturday.I do cardio on all 4 days.Weigh variation is an important component of my training.I do some compound exercises as well.
