How I Started:
I've always been a real athletic person and always liked bodybuilding/working out. Ive been a mid-distance runner since I was 15 and ran cross country, indoor, and outdoor track for the past 7 years. I've been skinny most of my life from running so much. If you wanna be a fast distance runner, you pretty much will end up looking like a kenyan. Well running has come to an end after my elgibility was up in college. I was tired of being skinny so ive been lifting weights since.

Why I Love It:
Because it makes me feel good about myself and it gives more confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing other peoples pictures and by reading here on the bodybuilding website.

Benching 225 at the end of 06 summer.
