Overall Goal: back to gaining some MASS again....I felt mentally I needed it, just felt super small, so back to bodybuilding basics! I will update overtime..
Fit Status:

I got tired of being so skinny and underweight for my height.
Why I Love It:
Keeps good discipline and uniformity in my life. not to mention its fun as a hobby and i have met a lot of cool people in the process.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep looking in the mirror and listening to friends and family/
BB Accomplishments:
I started off in 2000 weight only 150lbs, i made it to 200lbs and stayed pretty lean during the whole process. i have weighed as much as 217lbs but when i caught a bad cold i lost alot of that weight, which i believe at the time was mostly water.

I am back to basics right now bodybuilding using traditional lifts and set/rep schemes. Its the diet that is my main concern to add the mass. I'm back to Mass'n up again, feels good to get some size coming back and the strength too. Also started softball for some extra rec outside the gym and work. Should be fun. First practice I was hitting bombs. I have way more power since my high school days, I may even hit some out this season....
I AM CURRENTLY DOING CROSSFIT WORKOUTS, YOU CAN SEE ALL OF THEM AT CROSSFITTHEWOODLANDS.COM EVERY DAY THE WORKOUT OF THE DAY IS POSTED WITH PICTURES OF ONE OF THE CLASSES DOING IT.
FOR EXAMPLE TODAY WAS A 10 MIN FULL BODY WARM UP OF VARIOUS EXERCISES TO GET MY BODY WARM AND READY.
hey mac..oh tats koo..yea i've been busy movin n stuff n didnt have access to the internet...but i'm doin good..finally got a nutrtionist n its goin well..so i wont post up any pix for another 3 weeks..tat'll be a month to be exact...so im excited to find a meal plan tat finally works for me...i see u're doin good..
looking at your progress pics, avatar and the photos you have posted, you're carving out a muscular, lean build. You're not small by any means in my book :)

hey mac..no progress pix because i think i've been doin it all wrong..on my cardio i would still use resistance when i've been wantin to lean out so basicly my legs are just gettin bulkier..so i've just recent startin doin everything the opposite..my trainin wit my trainer r still goin good..its just my part was all wrong..wat bout urs?u still lookin good of course..heheh
Well...glad you made it here to Texas, hope you like it here. Let me know if you need help finding things around here. As for the crossfit...I am definitely going to have to check it out.
