How I Started:
I was fed up with being "the fat kid", so I got serious with my diet and workouts.
Why I Love It:
One word...RESULTS. I stay motivated because of where I am, where I came from, and where I want to end up. Now that I have began to change my lifestyle and appearance I will never quit.

I have learned that my diet is 90% of the reason I have changed the way I have. Working out is also key, but the transformations wont occure without proper nutrition.
