i ve decided to start the body transformation when i took picture same day
well still in bulking phase but decided to do a clean bulk eating my protein /carb shakes with peanuts ... najnd going to gym 4 times a week want to bulk way more so that in march i can start cutting and getting leaner i ve put more and less 5 kilos i am sure not all is lean muscle but ok with some ...
hey guys just recent decided to bulk started to eat more using also some protein shakes and some testosterone enhancer the thing is bit scared of gaining to much fat same time i am bulking.
Since i?ve started a week ago so still adapting to this new routine... and hiting harder at the gym puting some extra weights on my exercises and doing less cardio per week lets say, 2 times a week a run of 20 m or swiming 20 m
my melas consist:
10:30 breakfast well today i clean 4 eggs whites a protein shake (half of i am supposed to drink in a day) soem bread and some cheese
12 50 it the gym did my think taking it to the max
15 lunch just at quite well some frid seitan... some pumpkings in teh hooven with some olive oil and garlic
btw i am vegetarian
around 17 30 will eat something else like the rest of the protein shake maybye with some oat and banana
around 20 30 /21 will dinne pehaps salat with some nuts on it and some low fat cheese or yogurt
before bed take those 2 testostere enhancer pills maybye some fat low milk
i see some results even in one week for working harder but see some estra fat as well
is it supposed to will the fat be lost easier after
can anyone commnt on it give some king of help

hey guys bulking phase now ... yes have more fat in my waist ... yes is not a pretty view ... but feel more energy , more strenght and yes i noticed a muscle growth .. well is a price u need to pay for muscle growth trying to go on a clean bulk phase drinkuing my shakes egg whites oats ,...
