Overall, a sound first week on my new gym regime. Although I've had a busy week outside of the gym, I have managed to keep to my schedule. I've definately decided to do 2 body part days in conjunction with a jog around the village, and then do an hours mixed cardio on the days in between. I...

My swimming coach told me tonight that I need to work on my flexibility! I don't think it wuld be a bad idea, might try fit in some ballet classes too lol! Stay Stacked!Dave

well on your way to "STACKED". Thick traps and neck, very good striated delts,, good arms and even vein starting to appear on left bicep and solid start to a thick chest/pecs. Work on the waist, get those abs, a bit more thickness to upper chest and arms and you're set to hear a lot of praises/. Andre
