Well It seems like I have been doing Rippetoe's starting strength forever so today I checked my log .
Here's the short story
I started on 8/4/08 today is 12/18/08 .. holy cow!!!! it's just a little bit over 4 months a total of 41 workout session..

Hi, BrotherWolf! I can't help but comment on your new avi; that's TEXTBOOK form on the bottom position of your squat. The bar is directly over the center of your foot. Great job; stay with it.

Gaining weight is something I may start "trying" to work on come December. Currently slimming down a few ounces a day, part of it is hydration. Not gotten back into my drinking routine sice returning from vacation. If do need to focus on weight gain, brown rice will be the new meal.

my workouts are doing good.. I'm focusing on the shoulders now. we'll see where that goes.. still studying not even close to taking the test!! but i'm not slacking either i just have too much going on..
