azra17 Honestly I've enjoyed LiveFit.Admit I didn't eat enough during the "bulking" phases, so that's why my body didn't respond so well. I've also committed to the programme at a bit of a bad time (struggling to commit to 3 hours of gym and travelling to gym 6 days a week). I'm in mylast year of high school and have BIG exams -super stressed, busy, not sleeping enough. The Apr 5, 2013 8:58am

I'm towards the end ofJamie Eason's LiveFit and have been carb cycling(under 75g a day) on low calories..My body isn't responding well at all-no energy, huge hunger, can't sleep at night, breakouts, dizzy,lightheaded!
