How I Started:
I got started exercising back in high school. I was oversized for my age with bad eating habits. I went out for football and been working out since. After high school, I played division 2 football until I suffered an ankle injury which keep me in the classroom instead of on the field. After college, I put on more pounds then I like. I'm looking to change that......NOW!
Why I Love It:
It allows me to make healthy changes in my body for the better. Being able to see progress from hard work is the reward.
How I Stay Motivated:
My Motivation comes from seeing and feeling the progress and hard work, that is being put in.
Make my body a lean mean healthy machine. I want to feel and become healthier for my children. I'm looking to lose 50lbs as my goal and then continue on to a healthier body.
Goal (Long):
I'm looking to get my body and mind on the right track of eating and being healthy. I loved lifting weights until I a got a rotater cuff injury which sidelined me from alot of activities. I began eating bad and not exercising at all, using my injury as an excuse. I'm ready to change all of that, I understand with pain and hard work comes reward. My reward is to be 50lbs lighter with muscle definition and I won't quit until its done.
