Wow, really?! What a coincidence that's my major! Haha... I'm a student at sf state. So marathon that's pretty intense of you, ever run one before? And you already have a pretty kick ass body! I don't think you're being egocentric.

Well thanks!!! I wish I had a fast metabolism! Yeah I do follow a pretty strict diet, but right now I'm consuming more calories because I want to add on some size but it's still really clean. So you plan on running a marathon soon? How's that going?

hey bro thanks. yeah diet is pretty important in getting cut. What are you eating right now? as far as partying goes, I don't drink anymore. I will go out and hang out but as far as drinking I'm just not big on.

Haha, not quite 1% but yeah currently I want to put on some size. I plan on gaining at least ten more pounds and I g uess we'll go from there. dude you are pretty cut yourself. what are your goals?

yo, what's going on 'drew? so lifting is going good? from your pics you look like you're getting some size on you. yeah, you definitely got to be careful, it's never fun being out for injury. as for me, lifting is great, i just need to post some new pics up, but first i need to invest in a camera.

bro you are only 19, you need to be taking in more cals than that. i take in around 3,500-4,000 cals daily. right now our metabolisms are high so we need the extra cals for for energy. but what exactly are your goals?
