How I Started:
I got started in High School and loved the results I was achieving, but once I first got to college, i stopped because my priority was school, job, frat parties and my girlfriend at the time, but i started back up last fall and am going along with it!
Why I Love It:
It's such a rush!! I love experimenting with my body and knowing I can change the way I look to the way I feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
Honestly, It's something that's always been fun for me. The highlight of my day is when I'm at the gym. I've never found dieting or working out as a chore.

I honestly thought i had some good size and cuts here when i took this, as you can see from my facial expression i thought i was a bad a**, no absolutely not!!
Aight, so here is a new pic of my back. I do like my progress but I still need to bring out my upper lats. I'm going to start using a wide grip on most of my exercises when I workout my back.

Currently I'm just taking each day as is. I know what my ambitions are and I'm proud of my body but I know that I will always feel the need for improvement. Never will I be complacent with myself knowing I can always try harder

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
It all depends on the exercise and the amount of weight i'm doing. if i'm doing a strength exercise like a deadlift or powerclean then i'll rest a little longer than a handstand pushup or barbell curl
