WHY I LOVE IT:

Avoiding obesity, loss of bone density, keeping my heart...mind and body strong @ all times. Fighting free radicals and living everyday like it's my last as healthy as possible! There is no reason why everyone shouldn't workout regardless of how much you like or dislike it.

I am so used to being tiny waisted and cur with my abs poppin out and my veins showing but in the last couple of weeks I have put on ome serious mass, along with that though was a little layer on top of all that mass.
