Pending injuries, its going pretty well... I have been consistent with my diet for the last few weeks (about 5) and I can see the results... I will be ready to get onstage in 12 weeks, I'm just not sure about this fitness routine... how is yours going?

=o) I’m working on it. This week was a little discouraging but I know that constant weight loss shouldn’t be expected if you’re also looking to build muscle. Here’s hoping for better results next week. How are you doing?
