How I Started: I figured if I'm gonna be this tall, I might as well be huge as well.

My Absolute Fattest Weighing 209 lbs.
This picture was taken after I'd been out of the gym with a shoulder injury for six months. In that time, I enjoyed a rich diet and sedentary lifestyle (in case the bottle of bubbly in my hand didn't tip you off). Just look at that spare tire.My waist was over 40 inches at the time.  Well, I *really* need a tan. But my arms look good, right?

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Six pack and 225lbs by the end of the year.
Goal (Long): This is a bulking period. I'm putting on weight, with the anticipation of trimming down later. By September I hope to squat 300 lbs 5x5. I hope to gain at least twelve pounds by then. Assuming these goals are met, I'll be roughly 218lbs and 13.5% body fat. By December 31, 2008, I intend to weigh 225 lbs at 9% bodyfat. This means a cutting period, and possibly a second bulking period.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 9%
