I figured if I'm gonna be this tall, I might as well be huge as well.

I love growing. Exercise improves all aspects of my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Sports movies (everybody loves a training montage), and people on BB.com who've made the transformation.
BB Accomplishments:
Once lost 35lbs of fat in 8 months.

This picture was taken after I'd been out of the gym with a shoulder injury for six months. In that time, I enjoyed a rich diet and sedentary lifestyle (in case the bottle of bubbly in my hand didn't tip you off).
Just look at that spare tire.My waist was over 40 inches at the time.
Well, I *really* need a tan. But my arms look good, right?
This is a bulking period. I'm putting on weight, with the anticipation of trimming down later. By September I hope to squat 300 lbs 5x5. I hope to gain at least twelve pounds by then. Assuming these goals are met, I'll be roughly 218lbs and 13.5% body fat.
By December 31, 2008, I intend to weigh 225 lbs at 9% bodyfat. This means a cutting period, and possibly a second bulking period.
Two weeks since I started my program in earnest, I'm starting to see mass gains. I'm also starting to see my belly get soft. I know that this is inevitable, to some extent - in order to grow as efficiently as possible, it is better to overshoot caloric needs than to... undershoot them? You...
