How I Started:
I've had a gym membership for over 10 years but this is the first year I've actually set goals and started working toward acheiving them!
Why I Love It:
I love to workout and see the results of the hard work I put in!
How I Stay Motivated:
Being pregnant and gaining 40 lbs has motivated me to lose the baby weight and then some! Due July 30, 2009!

I would like to eventually weigh between 135 - 140 lbs. And be able to get as close to 10% bodyfat as possible. But ulitmately I hope to inspire my younger sister to be healthy because she has been overweight her whole life!
