My husband has always been into bodybuilding and working out. I just got interested.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel so much better! Physically and Mentally.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep a picture of myself now with me. It lets me see where I have gotten myself to and makes me think of how I am going to get back to the way I was.

Goal (Long):
As soon as I graduated high school, the pounds just stacked on. I wasn't in sports anymore, I was eating out all the time, and just being plain lazy. My high school boyfriend is now my husband and we both just got comfortable. I knew I was bigger than I was but it really didn't hit me until I went to the doctor. She told me I have polycystic ovarian syndrome. It can cause migraines, diabetes, and even infertility. And all of these chances cold be slimmed considerably if I would lose the weight. For me to even be able to have children I will have to lose weight. So it's not just affecting me. It's affecting my husband, who would love to have kids some day, and my future family. I have to lose this weight. For health reasons and I am just sick of it. I want to live a healthy, happy lifestyle and I'm going to.
