I changed from Aerobic Printing Pressman to Correctional Officer. The Weight started to Magicly make my clothes uncomfortable. So I join a Martial Arts class 2005 and made it only once a week with my schedule.
Lifting in 2008 added a new sport that can be done on any (free time) several times a week
Why I Love It:
I feel a sense of accomplishment to beat the log book stats. And after my first year my goals have been surpassed in lifts and body mass. Whoo Whooo!
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to stay healthy and physcialy capable to respond to a hostile inmate while on duty.
Making new gains is another "Pump"!
BB Accomplishments:
Surviving first year of learning to train without injury or burnout. I have stuck with a planned routine that is always evoling and more challenging.
Dead lifts and free weight squats rule!

Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
15%
