maxreps190 Legs are my weak point. I've tried everything, heavy, light etc. but they don't respond. The most gain I've had was when I was cycling to work. For whatever reason they blew up. Unfortunately I moved location so that's not an option for me anymore. Oct 6, 2012 3:11pm

doinmiabs Ah, the abs! Hmm..diet is everything tbh. I had pizza last nite..now I look like a 500lb fat man! lol! My diet is spot on 99% of the time and I've backed off a bit working them as much as I did in the past..so..I now know, for me, diet is key! But when I do hit them..it's pretty intense..lots of weighted work..not much floor stuff. Hanging leg raises r good. Oct 6, 2012 11:50am

Brandon Bass Thanks! I have been training for about 7-8 years now. I started out in the natural BB'ing organizations and didn't want to pursue BB'ing any longer so went the fitness modeling route.
