When I Started:
Jun, 2005
How I Started:
My brother was the biggest influence with getting me into bodybuilding. I went from being overweight, to displaying a physique that resembled the need for an I.V. After that, my journey was solely based on creating what I found to be a pleasing, award-winning physique. I'm still on this journey and I never plan on faltering.
Why I Love It:
It is a life that many would never dream of living. It's brutal, tiring, demanding yet beautiful for what it entails. It perfects the art of self-motivation and persistence. Physically, it can bury you but can also make you rise above all else. Mentally, it is a struggle but one worth overcoming to represent true potential. It's an on-season and an off-season. This is Bodybuilding.
How I Stay Motivated:
My mentality and physical drive towards bodybuilding is merciless. Everyday I strive to better myself, one step further than the previous day. I don't believe in excuses or regrets. That only brings about the positivity of weakness.
BB Accomplishments:
October 27th, 2007: 4th place in the 2007 INBF New York State Bodybuilding Championships.
May 18th: First-ever Bodybuilding Photoshoot for sponsorship as well as promotional influence

Obtain a physique inspirational to all. Be able to improve no matter what the odds.
Goal (Long):
When I was younger, I lived the life of an overweight kid. The ridicule, the denial, the hate; it all encompassed a deep feeling of regret and sadness. As my brother realized my downward spiral, he influenced me into taking part in a healthy lifestyle. At first I just wanted to lose weight, but it then turned into a love for progression. I wanted to build a bigger and better physique. Bodybuilding became my passion. It was my place of solitude; somewhere I could go to release my frustrations and pains, transferring them into something positive. Ever since that first step into World Gym on Grand Street in Newburgh, I knew it was my destiny to go forth with the life of an amateur bodybuilder. I'm striving to become a legit force in the amateur ranks and eventually make it to the pro level. My dedication and persistence for this sport is far beyond my anticipation and I plan on breaking through any barrier that tries to hault my success. I never plan on giving up or giving in and I'll make sure the world realizes how badly I want this. Inspiring others to live a healthy lifestyle as well as become a model of determination is my ultimate goal, but for now...we'll see where this path takes me.

Stepped on the scale today. Before I even explain my weight, I'd like to point out that I follow the mirror more so than the scale. I feel what you see holds the truth rather than a number on a machine. But, just to make note of my progress, I decided to weigh myself today. The first time...
Yo Brotha,
I was there cheering you on Saturday night. You tore it up big time. Next year tear up all those juniors. Enjoy some hard earned time off and then start picturing taking it all next year. You got what it takes bro.
