How I Started:
Always active as an athlete and always fascinated with lifting, I started chubby lifting at 12, began boxing at 16 and had four screws in my shoulder at 17, grew 40-55 pounds. This has hindered me in the past but no longer. Transformed starting October 07 to keep for good. Lost 68 plus pounds of fat and shredded down to 192 bringing it back to 220 some day!
Why I Love It:
Because it is my addiction. Health, life and love.
How I Stay Motivated:
What keeps me going? THE ABILITY TO BURY THE OLD ME Arnold keeps me reaching for the next level Dropping from 249 @ 31% to 205 @ 9.2%.....until further notice
BB Accomplishments:
Squatting 400, dead lifting 300 and repping benches over my original body weight. Cutting to 8.5%!!!! Seeing my abs come back after 13 year retirement

After transforming, now the change to gaining approaches. I am working on developing symmetry and stacking mass to a lean 225@7%. I am thoroughly happy with where I am but know tomorrow and three yeas from now holds the greatest advantages in health and life....So stay positive and hit your routine to the full extent, there is no cheating your diet or program just cheating YOURSELF

Very glad that I am back up towards a stacked 210.

I will have to go heavier and add back cardio over the next weeks....god I hate cardiobut it is possible to stack and cut!
