dealing with a shoulder injury that occurred in august while water tubing. seems I aggrivated it this week so just doing cardio for 1 weeks

currently bulking, new training partner, new workouts, intense and my body is loving it. aiming for a solid 10lbs of muscle mass by March

going to surpass my goal if reaching 8% bf, going to be ripped for mid August!
