Overall Goal: After my back injury, did a body cleanse in April. Starting at 198lbs, down to 180'ish mid August 09. Start of September doing a clean bulk, training hard with a new workout partner and looking forward to seeing what I accomplish. Feeling healthy

How I Started:
I got reading about Layne Norton, Derek Charlebois & Ryan Swan on bodybuilding.com in the summer of 2002 and from there I was inspired to try to get a much better body then I had thru school sports and other activities.
Why I Love It:
I love it because everything I do, from hitting the gym, to counting calories, practicing posing or putting together night routines, it gives you a great satisfaction that you're doing something for yourself, and nobody can take that away from you. Plus bodybuilding is a fantastic sport, and you meet a lot of great people!! I've made so many friends thru shows and my work, and I like how many work well together to help each other.
How I Stay Motivated:
Over the past few months I've watched my body change again, and each week I keep getting motivated by seeing me reach and surpass some personal goals I set!

Goal (Long):
After a fantastic summer and reaching my goal of around 8% bodyfat, doing a clean bulk and want to increase my weight to around the 190 mark while and build mass on my arms, back and especially legs.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 5 lb

Training has been going pretty good! I've had some trouble getting to the gym lately because of being busy with school, but I've started a new workout, and it's kicking my butt! Hardest part for me is continuing to eat enough though.

yeah, training is going quite well currently...could make some gains in biceps and little bit in chest....trying to hit my back now little bit harder ;)

oh its coming along great man!! i made myself a new workout rotuine and its EXTRMELY INTENSE lol im gunna out it up on my space soon and you should check it out, its pretty complicated though. im also on creatine now and beta alanine as well as glutamine and a protein supplement, im also making a nutritonal plan for myself and drinking more water than you can imagine
Offseason mode again! I had a disappointing showing at the IDFA show on Nov 7. Came in flat from too much cardio and then did not carb up enough. It made me look stringy and small. Better luck next time I guess. How about you?
