How I Started:
I got reading about Layne Norton, Derek Charlebois & Ryan Swan on bodybuilding.com in the summer of 2002 and from there I was inspired to try to get a much better body then I had thru school sports and other activities.
Why I Love It:
I love it because everything I do, from hitting the gym, to counting calories, practicing posing or putting together night routines, it gives you a great satisfaction that you're doing something for yourself, and nobody can take that away from you. Plus bodybuilding is a fantastic sport, and you meet a lot of great people!! I've made so many friends thru shows and my work, and I like how many work well together to help each other.
How I Stay Motivated:
Over the past few months I've watched my body change again, and each week I keep getting motivated by seeing me reach and surpass some personal goals I set!

Goal (Long):
Main goal was to put on 15lbs this winter. I surpased that goal and hit 211 as my peak. Now i'm going to slowly start my cutting phase and try to lean up some before I have to get hardcore for Oct/Nov.
yeah gonna push it as hard as I can while bulkin. I just want to gain lean muscle without the fat. My metabolism is still is high gear so I should be good.
Are u still in your bulking right now ( can't wait to buklk up again lol)? This was my first time dieting it was hard, but i can see the difference. Good luck to your friend and to u for november.
I love them. I've gotten good gains from them in the past.. so I decided to add them to my cycle when I started back monday. We'll see how this phase goes.
I'm definitely going to start competing next summer. I want to put a little more mass on before then however. Modeling's crossed my mind as well. What weight division do you compete in?
