How I Started:
My dad introduced me to his Muscle And Fitness Magazine collection and we had some dumbbells laying around in our basement. He taught me the basics and it became a lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
I had played many sports growing up and still do however no sport requires as much dedication, hard work, and perseverance as bodybuilding. You don't stop playing when you leave the stadium. It's a 24/7 lifestyle commitment and you are only as good as your work ethic.
How I Stay Motivated:
Results! The more change I see in the mirror and the more weight I chart in the journal keeps me craving more.
