Breakfast, usually pre-cardio session because I'm so hungry when I first wake up. I've tried an assortment of proteins but my favorites thus far are:
sometimes I add a bit of glutamine if I'm supah sore.
Max Muscle (also one of my favorites):
ARM from Max Muscle (Recently switched to this because I was so sore all the time...this is helping immensely! Plus it's delicious!!!)
I do not like to take these on a regular basis. I've tried a couple different options and will be trying a CLA at the end of the week/beginning of next week.
Oxy Elite Pro: I took this toward the beginning of stepping up my routine and saw good results.

I do not recommend taking these unless you are working out hardcore in the gym. They are not a fix-all and are only meant as SUPPLEMENTS to aid your workouts.
