I do things I love...Like dance, running, and you can probably see me in any variety of group fitness class at least once... Then I try to mix it up whenever I get lazy.
I want to lose 5 more lbs - get lean, toned, and be ready to run my second half marathon, January 28th, 2008!
Goal (Long):
I gained 15 lbs the past year, thanks to working in a restaurant - and I have always been a very small girl, so I'm sick of it! I already lost 10, so now I'm determined to lose 5 more. I know with the weight loss, my running will get back to what it was a year ago also - I still have the same endurance, just lower speed. And currently I'm training for my second half marathon - January 28th, 2008!

Lots of running - outdoors or treadmill
Lots of dance (Hip-Hop or Pole dancing)
Other group fitness classes - I really love it all - step aerobics, upper and lower body strength training, abs classes...I really will try anything at least once, and love to keep my workouts varied
And...
if you want a really good way to train for a half marathon and tone up try swimming. it is a full body and cardio work out from hell, but you got to swim open water and long distances.
i definately work in a restaurant too. It is the hardest environment to be in and try to keep focused on nutrition and fitness. I'm stoked you have been so successful.
