How I Started:
i started training for college track and just became in love with it. So now i workout in the gym for 2 hours every single day and it's all i ever talk about.
Why I Love It:
The gym is the only place i feel in peace with myself at. I don't have my cell phone and i have no one ordering me around. It's just an amazing feeling
How I Stay Motivated:
by setting goals for myself and comparing myself to others a lot.

I have the strongest punch for females in Brevard County.

Weight Lifting and exercise has become a life for me. It's all i think about and i feel sick when i skip going to the gym for a day. I wanna keep training so that hopefully in like a year i can have the perfect body and enter a fitness competition.

girl you look great! Even without cheerleading and track ;) but if you need some motivation, I always find that flipping through some fitness magazines and looking at peoples' transformations lights a flame :)
