How I Started:
I've always been extremely athletic with volleyball, basketball and track. My parents were always training with their careers and for themselves. My boyfriend is a hardcore lifter and it only seems right that I try to look great too.
Why I Love It:
Working out is most definitely a wonderful feeling of accomplishment. I feel like it's time well spent!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing and feeling myself grow and get stronger everyday; my support system is phenomenol: my boyfriend(5150x) he guides me through everything, sits down with me and comes up with a good diet plan and just all around is amazing. Chrissy(GoddessAthlete) has helped me kick start my work outs; i was so lost and needed a solid plan and wow, the changes are already happening! so you go girl!And everyone on here that is always giving great compliments, it feels so good for people to pay attention to my progress : )
BB Accomplishments:
After weighing about 96lbs about a year and a few months ago, I'm at 131 and feeling amazing. "Serious" training is the newest, greatest addition to my lifestyle

Pros: On base, know my way around and free.
