I was always active through school and pretty athletic. Then I went to my first bodybuilding show in July 2007 and was hooked...
I was not serious about it in the beginning and just did it cause I had nothing else to do, but now I am dedicated to my training/eating/ and the whole lifestyle in general...
WOW! I stopped training for a long time and now its FEB 2009 and I am back to 170lbs... so gonna get my body back!!!
Why I Love It:
I love everything about it. I love the good and the bad parts, I hate having to wake up everyday in the morning for cardio but once I am done, I feel like I have just conquered the world! haha I love having a good lift, getting a good pump and also I love watching the body change and the new veins that start showing as my BF% is dropping. Its just all so crazy and FUN
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation is the changes that I see in my body, and also the dream to compete, or to be in contest condition! I am afraid I might get afraid of getting on stage, but we'll see when that time comes.

Aw, sorry to hear you weren't feelin' good. Guess the body just needed some recovery time. Try and hit the sauna for a while too and sweat out the last of it quicker.
No worries! Next time I'll say hi (not mid-set of course). Still shooting for middleweight? You're gonna have some awesome wheels when you're dried out and cut!

Its kicking my butt 3 days no carb no fats. 4th day is high carb. Im really excited for sure. Let me know when you want to get together im off sun, mon and tues let me know we'll kick each others butt, LOL! Looking forward to you show to i know you'll do good. Hope to see ya soon.
