Goal (Long):
Basically I want to compete this summer and Im going to try to be as massive as I can be while as cut as possible. Every since I finished my collegiate carrer, Ive been looking for something to push me. Now that I have something to prepare for, Im going to try to smash the competition. It all begins now, I figure I can continue to put on mass for the next 6 months than start to cut down for a show this summer. I figure somewhere around 205-210 with about 8-10% bodyfat.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 30 lb

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
I would have to go with Chris Cook. I believe that he has the ideal combination of symmetry and mass while not looking like he been all jacked up on roids

You could argue either squats or Cleans. Both take good technique and both have people get carried away and put too much wieght on

I do a 5-6 day routine in which my main focus is one body part a day with a lite training session of another.

For Instance this would be a typical routine for a week
Mon-Train Back heavy usually about 6-8 lifts 4-5 sets
