Goal (Long):
I WANT TO LOSE 3% OF MY BODY FAT AND GET MY BODY LEAN AND DEFINED. I WANT TO GAIN INCHES OF MUSCLE IN MY QUADS AND GLUTES, WHILE LOSING THE LAST FEW STUBBORN POUNDS THAT SEEM TO BE "CHILLIN" RIGHT THERE IN MY LOWER ABS. I WANT TO LEARN MORE ABOUT FITNESS COMPETITIONS AND I WISH MAYBE ONE DAY I COULD BE A FITNESS MODEL. ILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES!!
